Yes, you can cancel your order until it is shipped out. To cancel, please get in touch with us by chat or email.
We can also make manual edits to your order if you need.
We do not currently take credit cards. We will be adding this payment option in the future.
As soon as your payment comes in, we will process your order and have it packed and shipped by USPS.
We send all packages out to the post office every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Delivery is free for orders over $129. Orders under $129 have a $15 shipping fee
Shipping times will depend on the shipping option selected.
Orders go out every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Depending on your location, you can expect a 2-5 business day shipping time.
If you haven’t received your package, contact USPS first for an update. Sometimes they require additional information (e.g. label unreadable, etc).
If USPS confirms that they have lost your package or cannot deliver it for whatever reason, contact us, and we will send out a replacement free of charge.
However, if USPS confirms they have delivered the package, this is not covered.
We do not offer refunds.
However, if there is anything wrong with your order (missing items, defective product, or undelivered order), contact us, and we will help resolve any issues.

If you are missing an item, have a defective product, or didn’t get your package, contact us, and we will resolve the issue for you.
For missing orders, we will send out a replacement order free of charge.
For missing items or defective products, we will issue you store credit in points.
